Ordinarily clients will attend for a series of 6 sessions. In the same vein that a sports coach would expect to work with a client for a number of sessions before goals could be achieved, it would be naive to expect great achievements if you only signed up for one session.
Six has been found to be the best number of sessions to start with. This allows time to realistically examine where you are now, where you want to get to, and how you are going to get there. The pace is really up to you and how motivated you are to achieving your aims.
An initial assessment of your needs and current situation can take up to an hour and a half. Further sessions normally run weekly but flexibility can be built into your requirements. Once you are on track you can add as many future sessions as required on an individual basis.

Gold Package - This includes initial assessment of usually one and half hours + 5 weekly one to one (within area) or telephone sessions of one hours duration + follow up email. Unlimited email support in between. £300.00
Silver Package - This includes initial assessment of usually one and half hours + 4 weekly telephone consultation sessions duration of 45 minutes and follow up email. £250.00
Sessions are available on an ad hoc basis. All telephone calls will be pre-arranged at an agreed time, fully confidential and provide exactly the same service. It will be your responsibility to initiate the call at an agreed time. Half payment in advance.
If travel is involved this will reflect in an increased rate. If at anytime you are dissatisfied I will always try to redress the situation and will offer a refund equal to the number of sessions taken or organise additional sessions as agreed. There is flexibility around payment terms so please feel free to contact me and discuss.
